Lewis Carroll Letter Recovered for Yale

A handwritten letter by Charles Dodgson (aka Lewis Carroll) belonging to Yale University's Bienecke Library was sold on eBay earlier this year but has now been recovered, Kim Martineau reports for the Hartford Courant. Another excellent piece of journalism by Martineau, who covered the Smiley case brilliantly for the Courant. And another warning sign that libraries have some serious gaps in their armor.
